Permissions

The main purpose of the Collaborators table is to invite users, set permissions and track their access to the platform's features.

Permissions are set at the chatbot level.

Each menu in the app corresponds to one permission access.

As an admin user you can invite multiple collaborators adding their email and then selecting their accesses. You can also then edit their permissions and delete them from the chatbot project if needed

When you invite a new user you will see the following pop-up:

Add their email, set permissions and hit on invite user. They will receive an invitation in their email.
