The custom disclaimer allows your users to accept your terms and conditions before chatting, enhancing compliance and trust.

When you enable it, a pop-up will appear when users start the chat. The chat will remain disabled until they accept the disclaimer.

You are able to use Markdown syntax for formatting your elements, should you want to provide links to your terms and privacy policy.
