By creating conversation labels feature, the chatbot will track conversations and assign labels to each based on predefined criteria.
Each conversation can have multiple labels. These are useful if you want to find specific conversations that talk about a topic.
Depending on your plan you can create up to 30 labels per chatbot. Or add as many as you need on demand.
For our Dentist use case we defined the following:
When you add or edit a label, specify the criteria under which the label should be applied to the user query / AI response pair. Be as specific and explicit as possible. Please note that the criteria can only be evaluated based on information contained within the conversation history.
Once your chatbot is live, your inbox will start to look more colorful with conversation labels, as seen below.
