Test and preview your AI Chatbot Hub chatbot before going live: access the preview menu to evaluate features and performance.

You are able to test and preview your chatbot as much as needed before going live. The preview menu allows you to do so.

Note than the Form and Human Support features are not operational within the preview mode. You will need to test them, for example, opening a link from the "Go live" menu.

Copy the link that appears when you click on the Link option in the Go live menu and open it in a separate tab to test the Human Support and Form features.
