Enable users to upload files for AI analysis in AI Chatbot Hub: supports various formats and enhances chatbot responses.

The file upload feature allows your users to attach files for the AI to analyze and reply.

This feature is available in Team and Pro plans.

By enabling the file-upload, a pop-up will appear for users to accept your terms before starting the chat. The chat will remain disabled until the user accepts the file-upload.

To ensure proper functionality, your designated agent for handling user queries must use a GPT-4o or GPT-4o-mini model with a context window larger than 16k tokens. If no such agent is available, user-uploaded documents will be ignored, and the feature will not function as intended.

Toggle on the button and you are good to go. Your users will see the "atttach" icon on the left side of the chat, pictured in the preview on the right.

Adjusting the context of the AI agent

To do so head to the AI agents menu, select the AI agent that will be in charge of analyzing file uploads. Change the model of the LLM to a minimum of 16k, or else the feature won't work.
