The conversations dropdown is filled with more configurations to customize chats. Let's go through them.
While you toggle on and off each setting you will see the preview live on the right of the screen, as shown in the video below.
Depending on your location you will want to set your time zone. The chatbot can understand and provide the current time based on the specified timezone for accurate scheduling, event reminders, and time-related queries. This ensures that all time references are correctly aligned with specified timezone.
Cache user chat sessions in so they can continue where they left off the next time they visit the chatbot. If disabled, each new chat starts afresh.
Right below, you can set the time frame for how long your conversations are stored in cache.
Activate this feature to add scoring and copy actions under each response. Users can score the answer or copy it with a single click.
When you enable this setting you will see it on the preview chat on the right.
In the image above, within the "Sure, how can I help you?" text bubble, you can see enabled the response actions, source tracking, and citations.
Our AI bot credits sources and includes links to specific information it used from your trained data, promoting a reliable and informed conversation.
When a source document or website is referenced in a chatbot response, allow users to access and download the referenced document or access the URL. By clicking on the Sources dropdown, they will see the links where they can find this information, as seen below.
