Log in to your account to get started. If you're new to AI Chatbot Hub, get started by selecting to create a chatbot from a template. Here is a short video tutorial.
In the step 1 you will be prompted to choose your AI persona. Select between 4 different options: Client champion, knowledge expert, personal assistant and AI engineer.
Choose your desired chatbot purpose configuration and if you would like to use external data sources or rely only on the provided training data.
Form submission configurations step is optional and can be modified on demand later on. If you are ready go ahead and fill your desired fields.
Next, adjust the basic appearance of your chatbot widget. You can preview these changes on the right. Keep in mind that this is just a simplified set of options; you’ll be able to further customize many more elements later in the “Settings / Appearance” tab once your chatbot is fully set up.
At this stage, your chatbot is ready for training. Begin by entering your website's URL in the “Add Website URL(s)” text box. Our scraper will try to locate and capture all subdirectories linked to the URL you provide. For a more thorough capture, you may also submit your website’s sitemap.
Additionally, you can upload unstructured text training data using PDFs, Word documents, or TXT files. Other data formats like tables, CSV, and Excel can be uploaded later under the “Sources” tab.
Review the best practices for preparing training data
After selecting your preferred training data, proceed to the next step.
If you overlooked anything, no problem—you can always review and update your training data sources later on.
Awesome! You have finalized the set up. Proceed to the dashboard to explore advanced integrations and customizations that will make your chatbot incredibly powerful.
Generally, the chatbot should be sufficiently configured for most standard use cases. However, if you want to further adjust its behavior, update the training data or appearance, or add extra AI Agents to enhance its functionality, you can do so within AI Chatbot Hub. Close the chatbot testing tab to return to the main interface. Follow the onboarding guide to explore more of your customization options.
When you're ready to launch your chatbot, navigate to the "Go Live" tab.
Please be aware that your current subscription plan may limit the number of chatbots you can create.
